Appointments and fees

Free 15-minute orientation meeting (phone or video): to find out if my approach and style fit your needs
A 50-minute personal session (video, online): 120 euros (BTW exempted)
Working hours: Friday and Saturday 9:00 – 17:00
For reimbursement, please be sure to contact the insurance company for confirmation, and the instructions from your insurance company shall prevail.
Invoices are sent to you after each session and are payable by you personally. After that, you can choose to send it to your insurance company.

If you are an international student or CSC PhD student, your international student insurance may cover (part of) the costs. For example, AON student insurance or Insure to Study. For specific circumstances, please be sure to contact the insurance company for prior confirmation, and the instructions from your insurance company shall prevail.
Generally, the reimbursement process for international student insurance is: first contact your family doctor (GP) to obtain a referral letter, and then you can contact the insurance company to obtain a "guarantee of payment" (GOP).
If you have financial difficulties, please also contact me to discuss the possibility of a sliding scale. However, the number of sessions is limited.

Generally an introductory meeting could be arranged within 2-4 weeks. I will contact you as soon as possible and the treatment usually start within 4 weeks after introductory meeting.
There is an additional venue fee for face-to-face session, which will be held at Het Coachhuis in Amsterdam centre.
If you want to cancel or change your scheduled session, you can contact hello@lanpsychology.com by email 24 hours before the appointment time for free cancellation or reschedule. If the cancellation or reschedule is not made 24 hours in advance, 50% of the fee for the session will still be charged.
My services absolutely follow the quality management and ethics regulations of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP). If you have any complaints, you can contact them.
